So I have a bit of an obsession with Podcasts at the moment. I just can’t get enough of them, and although I’ve been listening to them for years I feel like podcasting has only really just taken off in the last year or so. Kind of like when you’re watching a new series and it just got really good. They’re my favourite indulgence at the moment and I’m completely obsessed so I wanted to share some of my current favourites with you guys because these are too good to keep to myself!

1. Ctrl Alt Delete

The podcast that started my whole love affair with Podcasts, the wonderful Ctrl Alt Delete by the super talented Emma Gannon. She has the most amazing guests and asks the best questions. I have loved each and every episode that I’ve listened to and always look forward to hearing about who she’s interviewing next. If you’re looking for a podcast that will introduce you to lots of new, interesting people I guarantee you Ctrl Alt Delete is the podcast you need to listen to.

2. Magic Lessons

I’ve always loved Liz Gilbert. Eat Pray Love is one of my favourite films and Big Magic is one of my favourite books, so it’s no surprise that Magic Lessons is one of my favourite Podcasts. Liz is so generous, listening to her Podcasts is like therapy for the soul. Magic Lessons feels like an extension of Big Magic, so if you’ve read it and loved it then I guarantee you will love this and if you havent read it and are a creative being then trust me when I say it’s the one book you need to read.

3. The Debrief Podcast

Sometimes I listen to The Debrief Podcast and wonder if I might be a little on the older side of their target audience, but no other Podcast has me laughing the way Stevie and Tessa do each week. I love the randomness but complete relevance of the topics they cover and the way they cover them. They’re engaging, fun and unapologetically real and I just cant help but keep going back for more. They’re 100% my guilty pleasure.

4. Hashtag Authentic

I love listening to Sara Tasker to get my social media and creative fix. Sara who most people will probably know by her Instagram handle @meandorla is an absolute genius when it comes to all things Instagram, and is a total inspiration to us creatives out there wanting to make more of what we do. Her podcasts Hashtag Authentic bring together the best of her knowledge and the creative community to make for some of the most inspiring and exciting podcasts out there at the moment for us creative folk.

5. Happy Mum Happy Baby

Happy Mum Happy Baby is like the mummy based version of Ctrl Alt Delete. I’m a new fan of Giovanna Fletcher, but I totally get the obsession because she amazing. She is so lovely, warm and welcoming and has THE best mummy guests. I love listening to her Podcasts and always look forward to seeing her latest episode pop up on my playlist.

6. Courage and Spice

One of the best things about listening to Podcasts is discovering lots of new amazing people to be inspired by, like Sas Petherick and her wonderful Courage and Spice Podcast who I discovered through the Hashtag Authentic podcast. I love Podcasts that help me learn or discover something new and Courage and Spice is definitely a podcast that does that each and every week.

7. One Girl Band

One Girl Band is another fab podcast aimed at female entrepreneurs and creatives, but I would challenge anyone not to take something away from what Lola brings to the table. Whenever I want to listen to something that is going to motivate me to do something and then give me some ideas about how to do it or go after it One Girl Band is my Podcast. I love that I can listen to a 20 -30 minute Podcast and come away from it feeling inspired, fired up and ready to go each and every time.

So those are 7 of my favourite Podcasts that I am currently downloading, I guarantee you’ll love at least one of them. If you arent listening to Podcasts yet youre definitely missing out. But if you are I’d love to know what Podcasts you’re listening to and loving right now?

Oooo great. A new little world to explore. Not discovered podcasts before but I really like TED talks so I’m imagining they would be similarly uplifting. Thanks for the tips on podcasts to give a go #dreamteam
