Magical Firsts With Petit Filous

My First Petit Filous

Children’s lives are full of firsts. First steps and first words. First birthdays and first haircuts. First Christmases and first holidays. For the first few years, weeks and months barely pass by without a first. There are big milestones and firsts, and then there are the every day little ones. The ones which you realise you are missing out on when you go back to work for the first time after having a child.

Those everyday firsts are just as precious as the large ones, especially when the first years go by so quickly, and so it is really bittersweet to know that your little one will at some point experience some firsts without you. Which makes it even more important to capture and celebrate those ones that you are by their sides for.

My Petit Canard First Holiday

My Petit Canard First Snow Day

Some of our most precious and every day firsts have been our first family holiday that we took to Cyprus last summer. The first time we took a family bike ride in the North of France. The first snow day at the start of this year which had the little lady mistakenly thinking it was Christmas in January, and most recently the first time we took her strawberry picking and she discovered how strawberries grow.

These are the moments that count and My Firsts Petit Filous is all about celebrating magical firsts like these. These are the memories that are imprinted on your heart and the ones that you can relive and revisit in your mind over and over again. We have had the joy of experiencing so many wonderful firsts with our little lady in three short years and its been so nice to be reminded of some of our greatest ones through the My Petit Filous Firsts challenge.

We are huge fans of Petit Filous in our house and the little lady loves nothing more than a pot of her favourite flavours for breakfast, dessert or as a snack. So we were delighted to learn about My Firsts Petit Filous, a new line in the yummy Petit Filous range that we were keen to try. Ever since she started weaning Petit Filous have been a staple in our house and I am sure will continue to be with a little sibling joining us soon.

My Firsts Petit Filous are a low sugar, vanilla-flavour milk based fromage frais with 100% naturally sourced ingredients, and therefore are perfect for weaning babies and active toddlers. Like the rest of their range they have plenty of calcium and protein to help children develop strong bones which is so important for these little ones. The little lady is a huge fan of vanilla flavoured things at the moment so as expected she loved trying the new My First Petit Filous which disappeared very quickly and got a massive thumbs up by way of smeared yoghurt around her face and two very empty pots.

My First Petit Filous will definitely continue to be a feature in our fridge, and I cant wait to be able to try these with baby number two in a few months time once we start weaning and creating a whole new set of firsts with Petit Filous.

Are those Elsa Boots!? I love them and I am sure the little one here will want one too.. enjoyed reading your post. What a happy child with a basket full of fresh strawberries. Hope she enjoyed eating them too.

Will stop by quite often to read the updates 🙂

Yes! The little one is slightly enamoured with frozen, as is probably every other child in the world under 10 😉 She definitely enjoyed the strawberries, although we picked more than we managed to eat in the end! 🙂
