I think I have fallen in love with this Australian sleep suit bag, ergoPouch. It’s the first of its kind that I have seen here in the UK. Of course, sleeping bags aren’t a new invention, they’ve definitely been around for a few years now because we were using them Ella was a baby three years ago, but sleepsuit bags, well that’s a different thing.
A sleepsuit bag that’s clever and functional
Being able to take your baby from car straight to cot or pushchair is a bit of a game-changer. Because this sleeping bag converts from bag to sleepsuit with actual legs and little grip pads making it perfect for little ones to safely and happily toddle about in, fall asleep in and stay asleep in.
You can even do a nappy change without having to take it off and put it back on thanks to the easy sleepsuit like nappy access. Imagine being out somewhere cold, or being somewhere with them late and night and not having to half undress your baby to change them. I know. GAME. CHANGER.
It’s also the first baby sleeping bag that I have seen on the market with not only sleeves but integrated scratch mitts which makes the ergoPouch perfect for littlest of babies as well as big ones.
So it’s clever and functional, as well as beautifully made with thick, snuggly, organic, eczema friendly natural fabrics which any parent will agree is very important for delicate little skin.
An award-winning range
It also comes in a range of gorgeous colours and fashion-forward prints, tog ratings and sizes, so it’s no surprise to me that the ergoPouch has won the Australian Mother and Baby gold award.
I mean anything that has the potential of giving mummy, daddy and baby better sleep is going to be. Because there’s no faffing around with covers, no risk of them being kicked off in the middle of the night, no getting too hot or too cold which means less disturbed sleep all round.
I’m a fan, our little man is a fan and I bet you would be too.
The ergoPouch sleepsuit is £55.99 and can be purchased from ergoPouch.co.uk who also make the softest swaddles, sleeping bags and sheets.
Disclosure: I was sent an ergoPouch sleepsuit for the purpose of this review. However, as always, all thoughts and opinions remain my own.
